Schools
Non-contact boxing sessions for girls in secondary schools.
Queen Bee Boxing aims to empower girls, so they can become stronger inside and out, and unleash their true power.
We are the first and only Women’s Boxing Club in St Albans, Hertfordshire. We specialise in beginners boxing for fitness classes.
Our fully qualified, female boxing coaches create a safe and supportive and empowering environment. This is more than just boxercise. We focus on sport specific skills. We teach participants how to punch properly using proper technique, defend themselves effectively as well as footwork and ring IQ.
We have recently been featured on BBC Three Counties radio, BBC news website, The Herts Advertiser and Mix FM.
